CAF Preferred Vendor Equipment Guide

The Adaptive Sports Equipment Grant is part of the CAF Annual Grant Program, created to give athletes with permanent physical disabilities access to the high-quality equipment they need to pursue their sport. You can apply for equipment from CAF Preferred Vendors or Funding for Equipment, if not listed from our vendors.

*This is a guide for the Equipment Grant Application - you will input your selection in the application. 

Based on your input, we do not have a preferred vendor recommendation. You may still apply for an equipment grant from a non-CAF Preferred vendor or apply for a Sport Expense Grant. If you apply for a grant for equipment not offered through CAF's preferred vendors, you will be required to upload a quote for the equipment of your choosing and you may request up to $3,500.
