Join the Challenged Athletes Foundation and the Ryan Family YMCA for a fun-filled day in the water at our Adaptive Swim Clinic!

Whether you're brand new to swimming or looking to refine your skills, CAF coaches Alan Voisard and Allison Terry will guide you through adaptive techniques in all four strokes. You'll build confidence, improve your technique, and have a great time doing it!

Our experienced coaches and supportive in-water volunteers are here to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can learn at your own pace and feel empowered every step of the way.

This clinic is open to individuals of all swimming levels with physical disabilities. Come ready to learn, grow, and have fun!
